Drinking clean water is also important for your health. Especially, if you live in an area where chlorine and fluoride is added to your tap water. I love my Berkey Water Filter which filters chlorine, fluoride, heavy metals and many more harmful substances.
Juicing is a good way to get more servings of vegetables (and fruits) into your diet. The micronutrients in the juice are easily digestible for your body.
I have a Kuvings Whole Slow Juicer C9500 (C7000) which I`m very happy about. There is a huge variety of juicers on the market. The main difference is whether it is a masticating or a centrifugal juicer. I chose a masticating juicer. The slow-speed masticating technology gently squeezes ingredients. As a result there is minimal separation and oxidation, preserving all the beneficial nutrients. Another masticating juicer is the Omega Juicer.
By the way, the pulp can either be used for baking (especially apple and carrot pulp) or composted for your own home-grown garden.
I don`t want to go into too many details about juicers. In fact, with any kind of juicer you are going to make freshly self-made juice, fueling your body with so many nutrients. If you don`t want to spend too much money on a juicer, just look for a used one.
Besides juices, also smoothies will become a very important part of your life if you do my coaching. If you don`t have a blender yet, I highly recommend purchasing one.
Regarding blenders, there are a lot on the market. Many people use the Vitamix, I use my Thermomix which also has a blending function. Unfortunately, the Thermomix is quite costly in the U.S. (I purchased mine a couple of years ago in Europe).
Rebounding was found to be a very efficient form of exercise. I have a Bellicon mini trampoline which I love. The good thing about it is that you can exercise at home, at any time, during any weather.
