1 cup organic quinoa, rinse, add 1 3/4 cups of water, 1/4 – 1/2 tsp of good salt (e.g. Himalayan), 1/4 cup of raisins, bring to boil, reduce heat and let simmer for about 15 minutes or until fluffy. Then add cumin, black pepper, and any other spices you like.
Chop 1 slice of red onion, bell pepper, any other veggies
1 clove of crushed garlic
Top with cilantro
