Details about the course
Preparation: In the first two weeks, you will learn what foods to eat and what you should avoid. You have time to get all the supplies that you need for the fast.
5-Day Fast: On October 17 will be the first day of fasting. During a fast, it is very important to boost all excretory organs. I will show you how to do that. Moreover, you will not only focus on your body but also on your mind and soul.
Fast-Breaking: After 5 days of fasting you will break the fast. Breaking the fast can be more challenging than the fast itself. I will guide you through this process.
Instructions: You will receive all the instructions you need via email, however, I recommend to join the private Facebook group to interact with the group. You will receive the link to the group after you sign up.
