Preparation week:

We will start with our preparation week. You will learn what foods to eat and what you should avoid. You have time to get all the supplies that you need for the fast.


On a Friday, we will start with the first day of fasting. Day 2 and 3 will be on the weekend as these are the most challenging days for many people. Our goal is to fast for 5 days, however, if it is your first fast and you do only 2 or 3 days, that is absolutely okay! It is NOT water only which can be hard, especially for someone fasting for the first time. You will also consume a small amount of juice and vegetable broth.

During a fast, it is very important to boost all excretory organs. I will show you how to do that. Moreover, we will not only focus on our body, but also on our mind and soul.

Breaking the fast/Wrap-up phase:

After 5 days of fasting we will break the fast. Breaking the fast is often much harder than the fast itself. I will guide you through this process.
